Who says it can’t be done?! Who says you can’t Lower Blood Pressure Naturally? Is it the same people that want you to spend thousands of dollars on prescription drugs for the rest of your life?
What they don’t tell you is the cause of the high blood pressure. They also don’t tell you the alternative to a lifetime of drugs. Or, that once you start taking prescription drugs, getting off of them is difficult and dangerous.
High blood pressure, or hypertension as it is also known, affects approximately one third of the US population; that’s about 72 million people. And sadly, high blood pressure is no longer a disease for just older people. It is now affecting teenagers and those even younger.
I won’t get into it here why doctors do what they do, or recommend what they recommend. I will leave the discussion on limited thinking and modern medical “treatments” for another time. But what I will get into are the ways to lower blood pressure naturally.
Of course we all know the other recommendations to lower your blood pressure—lose weight, exercise more, cut out alcohol, salt, etc… But many (including the well-meaning doctors) prefer the easy road which results in beta blockers, alpha blockers or the other standard and unhealthy pharmaceutical blood pressure “quick fixes.”
I am here to fix all that. My humble website looks at ways to lower high blood pressure naturally. I recommend specific foods, supplements, herbs, home remedies, exercises, and many other considerations to effectively battle hypertension.
And my story is simple. I was 18 when a doctor first tried to prescribe medication for my high blood pressure. 18! I was fit, active, healthy… and I refused to commit to lifetime medication. Another doctor tried again when I was 25 and it was then I knew there had to be a better way. There was no way I was going to start on the merry-go-round of drugs. So now, as I enter my 40s with blood pressure lower than ever before in my life, I want to spread the good word. There is a better way. There ARE better ways. And they are here.
To start with, I have to recommend the High Blood Pressure Remedy Report. This thing is packed with information that you need to start Lowering Blood Pressure Naturally - NOW!
So sit back, relax (one easy recommendation to lowering your blood pressure) and please feel free to comment, request research information, tell me I’m crazy (even though my blood pressure is under control and I’ve never taken a prescription—so something I’m doing is working!) or just tell me what you think of the site and how it could be improved.
I’m waiting to hear from you.
